‘Things That Go Bump In The Night’.

An exhibition bringing together some of worlds most renowned fantasy horror artists for a four date exhibition with a very special event on Friday 26th October.

Curated by Gino Acevedo, the award winning visual effects Creative Director behind movies such as Avatar, Planet of The Apes, The Hobbit and Lord of The Rings, ‘Things That Go Bump In The Night’ promises to start your Halloween week with a bang.

The exhibition opens on Friday 26th October with a special event and a limited number of tickets available to fans to interact and engage directly with some of the exhibiting artists and to witness how sculptures are created, how horror make-up works and further artworks that have never been made available for the public to view. 

With only 4 sessions and a limit of only 70 tickets available per session this is an opportunity for avid fantasy horror and film fans to meet some of the artists in person.

Courtney Creative is an initiative of Oscar winning Editor, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Weta Workshop Jamie Selkirk and Kristy Grant, co-founder of Miramar Creative and the Roxy5 short film programme.

Established to support the continued development of a thriving Wellington creative industry, Courtenay Creative is a brand new event space in central Wellington set up to provide a neutral creative space for creative activities including Workshops, Exhibitions, Live Performances, Rehearsals and Production offices.
